Pros: Looks good and is easy to clean. Safer on food than a microwave.

Cons: Not as fast as the microwave.

This unit works great, as a matter of fact the cashier said she had the same unit and loved it. Sometimes other things are the problem and not the unit itself. For example many kitchen outlets are worn out; this would cause a heating problem.
