Almost Two years, still the Best
Pros:
Good price, standard equipment, standard safety features ,standard sound system with mp3 playback,V6 engine
Cons:
Fuel economy, no engine immobilizer, easily gets scratched, resale value
The Bottom Line:
I recommend this car for people who want a V6 at 4cylinder price, Long warranty and all the standard equipment at no extra charge.

Author's Review
I bought The Hyundai Sonata GLS V6 with Sport premium package in September of 2006. I have had this car for nearly two years it has been the most reliable Hyundai i have owned so far, my previous 1998 Sonata was good until it got 100,000 miles after it started to become junk. My intentions were not buy a Hyundai again after i saw the quality of the 2006 model i could not refuse not to purchase another Hyundai Sonata it had all the features that i desired without paying extra. I like the piece of mind that both Hyundai Sonata 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engines use timing chains instead of rubber belts that my previous sonata had, as long as i change the oil regularly it will last the lifetime of the vehicle, if were not for the timing chain i would have a Camry or Accord 4 cylinders instead.
I love the V6 engine's power which can make the tires screech if you press the gas pedal too hard, i also like the stability control which helps keep the car in line when i make excessive turns this system corrects the flaws that I'm making, i know that stability control will not solve all problems it is good to that is there if needed.
The interior of the vehicle is nice i love the near luxury feel of the premium cloth seats, It feels smooth like a bath robe. The radio for a car this price, the sound system is very good it has good amount of bass and treble, I like the equalizer settings on radio.
The exterior is kinda generic but i like the fact that if I'm going over the speed limit it does not attract the Highway patrol or police.
Two years and 17,000 something miles i can't go wrong.
