The Bottom Line:
I highly recommend the Honda Ridgeline for it's Reliability, Comfort, Storage Space, Luxury Ride, Many Extra Features, Large Hidden Trunk, 5 Star Safety Rating, and Consumer Report Opinion.

I bought a 2006 Ridgeline RTL recently. I traded in my 2004 GMC Envoy XUV which I thought I would never do, until things started going wrong with it after the warranty expired. The Ridgeline that I purchased has 35,000 miles on it and looks and drives like Brand New! It rides like a luxury car, just like Consumer Reports talks about, and has so many fantastic features which includes Heated Leather Seats and mirrors, compartment storage space galore, fold-up rear seat for lots of storage room, In bed TRUNK which can hold 2 sets of golf clubs and more (it's a cooler with drain holes also), dual climate control, sunroof, fantastic multi CD changer and stereo (audio is unreal), 4-wheel drive and front wheel drive, tire pressure monitors (lets you know when and which tire is too low), and other great features.
I drove it about 200 miles the first weekend and never got tired it's that comfortable. I had several friends with me that said they were going to look into possibly buying one also because they loved it that much. I'm planning on driving it to Florida in the Summer and can't wait to do so because it's like riding in a luxury car. It's very roomy inside also and I feel totally safe, not only from the feel of driving it, but knowing that it's rated 5 STAR for Crash Testing. That's piece of mind that I know everyone would love to have. I know the gas mileage with the Ridgeline will be so much better than what I've gotten with the Envoy XUV. I can't really comment on that yet as I'd like to fill it up a couple more times to get an average MPG. But so far it looks pretty decent!
If you go to Consumer Reports and read about it you will see that everything I've said so far is what their opinion is. They liked it so much that they RECOMMEND it. They compare it to 4 other major vehicles from Ford, Chevy, Toyota, etc.
I can't say enough great things about this truck. It's the best decision that I've ever made buying it and can't wait to take it to Florida from Arkansas in June this summer! If you drive one, you'll want one. You won't be sorry!
