Worst purchase to date

I own the SE model. I have had nothing but problems since I bought this car in December. The first problem was the engine would rev at a light or stop sign, lurch forward, then stall. NICE! Anyway, they fixed the rev & lurch problem (only after 3 service visits), but the car still stalls intermittently, usually when it's very damp or humid. Since the check engine light isn't on they can't seem to find a problem with it. About 2 months ago, the fuel line just happened to fall of the gas tank. Hmmm... Who's putting these cars together? I can't think of an answer without being politically incorrect. I have had this car in for service 5 times already. The garbage Firestone tires that come with the car are unsafe. They are only good for dry surfaces. They cause vibration, and skid very easily. I also noticed some slippage when accelerating from a complete stop - even on dry roads. Weak A/C. Poor acceleration. Gas mileage: I average 19 mpg city. Not like the advertised 25-28. Also there is a recall on the gas tank of this car, which just came out. I have to visit the service department yet again to fix that.
I have been driving for over 20 years. I never owned a car that had so many problems. I miss my 72 Dart Swinger....oh the simple days.
