Civic Hybrid Rocks!

Date of Review:  Oct 7, 2005
The Bottom Line: This car has lived up to everything I expected and I would buy another in a minute.
Review: This is a typical well built Honda machine. I purchased the Hybrid ULEV 5 speed model in Early September. Good timing -right?! Well, in just over 6,000 miles I am averaging an astonishing 49.2 miles/gallon!! I live in a rural area of Montana where a...

Don't buy if you live in hot climates

Date of Review:  May 16, 2006
Review: Here in Phoenix, the car is almost useless in mid-summer. Honda claims my car works as designed, which is to say the A/C cycles on/off to preserve power on acceleration. That may be fine in normal climates but is terrible in desert areas where the...

2005 HONDA CIVIC EX SEDAN

Date of Review:  Dec 22, 2004
The Bottom Line: The 2005 Honda CIVIC EX is a vehicle for anyone who wants a safe, economic vehicle, with great resale value, and a well earned reputation for reliability.
Review: 2005 HONDA CIVIC EX SEDAN

Fall means something different to everyone. To me it has always been a time of anticipation, for it is then that I anxiously await the unveiling of next year's new car models. This fall was no exception. Even...

2005 Honda Civic VP, Coupe- Excellent Basic Transportation

Date of Review:  Apr 29, 2009
The Bottom Line: I definitely recommend this car.  It is economical, safe, and reliable with the best resale value in its class.
Review: I bought my '05 Civic in Jan. '06, used, but just barely;  It had 4,800 miles on it.  I bought it at a time when gas was over $3/gal and I was driving >600 mi./wk.  I no longer have that long commute but I still could not be happier with this car...

Civic Remains One Of The Best Small Cars--But Through Economy, Not Entertainment

Date of Review:  Apr 9, 2005
The Bottom Line: The Civic is as efficient and well-made as ever, but the competition is catching up, and--in some respects--taking the lead. Don't be afraid to shop around a little.
Review: My Experience

While fire-breathing 'Vettes, Evos, and M3s grapple in their highly-publicized, ever-escalating battles for supremacy, a humbler revolution is taking place in the lowly economy-car class. The revolution, in case you haven't...

Practical Transportation That Will Last

Date of Review:  May 4, 2005
The Bottom Line: This car has an established record of overall reliability and customer satisfaction. If you want a great value, the Civic is it.
Review: Honda's are among the best selling cars, and have the top overall resale value for a simple reason. The reliability on a Honda is outstanding, and many of their vehicles from the 80's and 90's still take up space on our nation's highways. At my...

Don't buy this car if you live in the Desert

Date of Review:  Sep 1, 2005
Review: I have always loved Hondas. My first Honda Civic was a 97 and I had it for 8 years with not one thing wrong ever happening to it.

I just bought a 2005 Honda Civic LX from the local dealer here in Tucson, AZ. After having it for a month I...

Dependable and Stylish ('05 Coupe EX)

Date of Review:  Sep 14, 2005
The Bottom Line: The Honda Civic is known for its reliability and affordability. In addition, the EX Coupe is an option that offers more power and style that will turn heads.
Review: I debated between the Scion Tc, the VW Jetta, and the Honda Civic, and ultimately chose the Civic Coupe EX due to its well established reliability and quality. I had owned a '97 Civic before (100,000+ miles), and never experienced any problems. My...

I Beeped, and I Heard the Name "Stella"

Date of Review:  Mar 20, 2005
The Bottom Line: This is my first car purchased on my own, and a Civic is a reliable, functional, and fun fit for me. I'm very pleased.
Review: Truth told, this is my first car review. To be quite honest, I'm going to ad-lib this review as much as possible because I tend to hang out in the Video Games section around Epinions. Appearance, Gameplay, Mechanics, Replay Value. I can do that all...
