Muddy sound

Was very cheap, and you get what you pay for. I don't know if it's the speaker or the sampling rate or something else, but the sound quality is just awful. I bought this for my office but tossed it because I couldn't understand what my customers were saying. Imagine a message from a hot prospect who says, "My name is John [garbled] and I want to buy a thousand of your [garbled]. Please call me right away at 482-44??"
