Oh, my aching muscles. A challenging five segment workout.

The Bottom Line: A great choice when you are short on time or want to target just one area. Makes a very solid 50-minute workout when done in its entirety.
Review: I am still sore from doing this workout so bear with me if I add "ow" and "ooh!" here and there. Not really, but I will preface this review by saying that this is a challenging workout that will target your muscles and have you feeling it the next...

Excellent Pilates Video

The Bottom Line: This is a workout video, so not many of the categories above apply. I think it's a great workout that requires little time and has great results.
