Pros: Good story and graphics. Its Star Wars
Cons: Not long enough. A couple of unanswered questions
The Bottom Line: Buy it because of the plot, the graphics, you get to brandish light sabers, its D&D in a galaxy far far away
Review: Knights Of The Old Republic 2 (KOTOR2) is the sequel to the award winning KOTOR. The first game garnered so many awards, expectations for the 2nd game were naturally high. Does the game deliver? Yes and No. For people who loved the first game KOTOR2 is ...

Pros: You can customize your character, your lightsaber, and your skills. You can be good/evil.
Cons: It is an RPG so the fights don't actually recquire much skill.
Review: This is a great game, the sequel to KOTOR. The story is cool, the voice overs are awesome and you meet a bunch of interesting characters. This is an excellent ...

KOTOR 2 - More of the same (which isn't a bad thing...)

Pros: Like KOTOR 1 with a few bells and whistles...
Cons: ... but without such a good storyline; technical problems...
The Bottom Line: KOTOR 2 has its problems but if you can get past them, it's a very good game that will keep you playing for weeks at least.
Review: Overview It is about 4,000 years before the events of the first Star Wars film, and 5 years after the events of the first Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR) game. As usual the Jedi, guardians of the galaxy and all that, have managed to let ...

Pros: Great sound, okay graphics, some new features
Cons: Too much like the original...where's the newness?
The Bottom Line: If you enjoyed the original, get this. If not, don't get it. There you go.
Review: Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II The Sith Lords is the sequel to the excellent and award-winning KOTOR game from a couple years ago. It is a role playing game based in the Star Wars universe and is set about 4,000 years before the ...

Pros: Interesting story, featuring excellent voice acting.
More scope for Dark Side players.
Improved animation.
Cons: Poor quality pre-rendered movies.
Occasionally crash prone.
Flaky AI and anti-climactic ending.
The Bottom Line: If you can stomach the comparatively feeble ending, you'll find The Sith Lords a rare treat and a worthy successor.
Review: KOTOR II, The Sith Lords, is very much a mixed bag. On one hand, it features a complex and thought-provoking story, a variety of very different NPCs, new feats and Force powers, Prestige Classes for both Light and Dark Side players and a host of new ...

Pros: Runs smooth. Much more engaging story. Weapon upgrades improved.
Cons: Same graphics system. Major ATI issues. Some characters don't have stories. Weak ending.
The Bottom Line: Worth it. (Beware ATI card issues) Engaging and belivable story, good characters. Stable engine. Highly recommended.
Review: Caveat: I liked the first KOTOR ALOT. As mentioned elsewhere the engine is about the same as for KOTOR, though I think Obsidian tweaked bits of it, since for the most part the humans look more human and some of the aliens look a little better too. ...

Pros: Nice party interaction features. I like that you can modify equipment. Good voice acting.
Cons: Uninspiring story cant hide lack of game-play. Graphics dated. A chore to play. Bland equipment.
The Bottom Line: A bland roleplaying/adventure which would be quickly forgotten if not for the Star Wars theme. One for the devoted fans only.
Review: When Knights of the Old Republic appeared for the PC a couple of years ago it was greeted with great acclaim, with some reviewers going to far as to decree that this was the game of the year. Somehow I missed out on any first hand experience until ...

Pros: Great graphics, music, and voice overs.
Cons: Dissapointing story and gameplay, too easy and repetitive
The Bottom Line: Star Wars fans will enjoy this despite its flaws, but non-fans should be cautious of its poor story and gameplay.
Review: With KOTOR2, the KOTOR series continues to offer the most immersive Star Wars experience since the original films. As a game universe in which you see and explore cool environments in the Star Wars universe, and go on fun quests on a number of different ...
