What's not to love?

For anyone who loves games like Counter-Strike and Halo, this is THE game for you. Imagine the teamwork and squad-tactics from CS joined with the vehicle control and constant action of multiplayer Halo. Take that, put it in the Star Wars universe...and you get Star Wars: Battlefront.
Personally this is a dream come true. Every single ground battle is available here, with authentic troops and vehicles. You can be destroyer droid on Naboo, race around on speeder bikes on Endor, even pilot the frickin huge AT-ATs on Hoth!
Some have griped that there are no space combat situations. True, however there are maps where TIE fighters and X-Wings are available for some intense dogfighting action. If you want to fly around in space too bad, at it's core this is still a FPS. Despite that however, all vehicles are modeled and handle very well.
The only downside that I can see is the lack of any editing tools out of the box. Hopefully LucasArts will correct this, as there is unlimited possibilities for modding and level editing. But this does not detract at all from anyone's enjoyment of the game as it is. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great multiplayer shooter.
