Halo 2 for Xbox

This has to be the greatest game ever created! I thought the original Halo was outstanding and this one simply blows that one away. The attention to detail is outstanding. The musical score is perfect. The customizable game types and ability to play online are fantastic. I've had this game for a little over a year now and it has only been taken out of the Xbox twice (both times to play football). The campaign mode seems to be good, but I haven't really gotten past the first couple of levels. Not because it's too difficult, but because of the online capabilities. Everytime we get on to play the campaign, one of our online friends seem to be on and message us right away. Another great feature of this game is the ability to check your stats on the Bungie.net website. You can not only see scores of every single game you've ever played, but you can get realtime status updates on your friends and go back into old games and actually view the match from several angles and see where every kill occurred.

The only negatives I see are in the customized game types. There are a couple of things we've tried to do and either we can't do it or it's too much work.
1) Hand-to-hand combat. There should be an option to have no weapons at all.
2) Grenade settings. The default setting is for frag grenades to be used first and to use the plasma grenades you have to switch over to them. Not always that easy while in battle.
3) Vehicles. Can't seem to have any vehicle on every map. Sometimes it would be funny just to have a tank in the middle of Midship
4) Enemies list. There is a friends list for those who you wish to play with, but there should be one for those you don't want to ever see again. There are alot of idiots out there that like to trash talk and use inappropriate language and it would be nice if you could ban them and never have to deal with them again.

The people at Bungie have truly out done themselves and it's hard to imagine what Halo3 will be like. Can't wait!!!
