Gamers May Cry: Devil May Cry 3 |
|||
|
Pros: Depth never seen in an action game.
Cons: Challenging enough to cause a broken controller epidemic.
The Bottom Line: DMC on PSP plzkthxbi
Review: Almost 4 years ago, Capcom wowed PS2 owners with Devil May Cry, an old-school action game that was the closest thing we had to a good 3D Castlevania at the time. It inspired a rash of clones and even brought games like Ninja Gaiden back from the nether ...

Pros: Over-the-top cinematics, fast paced action, responsive controls, music and sounds.
Cons: Slow downs, Very steep learning curve, camera work
The Bottom Line: If you're willing to endure countless deaths to learn the ropes of this game, you'll love it.
Review: First off, this is the very beginning of the story, dating back before the first devil may cry. If you haven't played the first or second, the story will flow just as well. Like a lot of other people have said, the second devil may cry left a bitter ...

Pros: Intense, stylish, clever, and jampacked with loads of fun ways to play. Oh, and difficult.
Cons: Button mashing gets on my nerves sometimes after playing a level for the twentieth time!
The Bottom Line: A must have for any hardcore gamer, and no PS2 library would be complete without it. Unless you can't handle it, of course.
Review: Introduction: Devil May Cry 3, just so everyone knows beforehand, is a prequel unraveling an earlier time in the main character Dante's history. It goes back in time before the original Devil May Cry, retelling the epic battle between the ...

Pros: Great graphics, deep RPG-like skill + fighting systems. Quick + easy weapon switching.
Cons: INSANELY Hard. Buy if you really want a challenge.
The Bottom Line: If you want a hardcore, challenging action/adventure title that takes the best elements out of an RPG, then DMC3 is your title.
Review: For all those people who thought (correctly) that DMC 2 was a lackluster sequel to the excellent DMC 1, this is the developer's sweet revenge. Devil May Cry is INSANELY hard. How hard? Let me see: I spent half an hour repeating mission 2 (2!), trying to ...

Pros: love the two fire and water swords, its hard, its funny as crap.
Cons: i don't like using the analogs on PS2
Review: This game is the hardest of the three. I don't know what makes it so hard. Other than everything seems to be resistent to you and your life is small at first. I live for hardcore action in games. This game has that mixed with comedy, you dying alot, and ...

Pros: A worthy challenge for master action-gamers
Lovable character
Beautiful graphics
Simple controls
Cons: Difficult to play
Tedious camera angles
The Bottom Line: Great game, but difficult to play. However, if a novice like me can finish it, then anyone can as well. You just need practice and patience.
Review: I bought this game because I was attracted by the cover and screenshots, and since I'm not usually an action-game player, I wanted to try something new. Devil May Cry 3 (DMC3) might not have been the best game for a novice like me to start out on. ...
