Pros: Cool extremely well and fast, not very loud for a 240V unit
Cons: Very poorly written manual, that's all
The Bottom Line: Awesome unit, cools very well, heavy duty, easy to clean, not very loud

Not so wonderful when water is blowing in your face

Cons: poor quality, extremely retarded drainage

Fairly strong cooling BUT very poor quality in construction. Had to use tape to keep the cover on as the cheap plastic tabs don't do the job and some were missing.

BEWARE of model LGHD2500ER

Pros: makes cooler air out of warmer, price was reasonable. l like the remote (guy thing)
Cons: Extremly loud. LG's cust. service has very poor knowledge of product. (tried management too)
