Can you believe a Superman can die?

Pros: Great art, great story, big event

Cons: At the end, you know he's coming back to life somehow!

The Bottom Line: With the writing and art, this is a must own for anyone!

The Death of Superman — Doomsday Finally Reaches The Man of Steel

Pros: Brought attention to Superman; great artwork

Cons: Feels a bit rushed; story is too simple

The Bottom Line: This is only the first chapter in the death and life of Superman. It's a good start but his whole death feels rushed into getting to the real story.

Review: Where were you when Superman died? I was at a comic book shop waiting in line to buy Superman #75 (vol. 2) back in 1993. So were a lot of other people, and I mean a lot. Word about the Man of Steel’s demise caught like ...
