Zen and the Reason I Am Still a Teacher ("This Book Changed My Life" Write-Off)

The Bottom Line: It changed my life and is the reason I am who I am today. I can't thank Pirsig enough for having the courage to fight for its publication!
Review: I love books.

I've read nearly a thousand to date and most of those more than once.

Strangely, the book I loved best, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance (ISBN: 0-688-05230-4), penned by Robert Pirsig in 1974, doesn't fall...

The Bottom Line: Many people consider this a life-changing classic. I'm still thinking about that, so maybe it will be? :-)
Review: He calls his former self, the terrifying ghost stalking him, by name of Phaedrus, which in Greek means wolf. The name suits his ghost well as it comes from a dialogue of Plato?s about ?the nature of love and the possibility of philosophic rhetoric?...
