Yoga: Just My Size - Holy updog, the fat girl is doing yoga!

My 'relaxing' workout

The Bottom Line: I would recommend this video for someone with no yoga experience who wants to get started, or for someone with 'some' experience who wants to do some relaxing yoga.
Review: I don't know exactly what I was expecting with this DVD...I think I was looking for something similar to the exercise shows they have on FitTV where there is a 'normal' person up front and one of the people in the back is doing the 'modified' moves...

The Bottom Line: If you are a plus-sized woman this exercise video might work for you.
Review: Let's face it, the normal size of a woman is NOT a size 0. Why then should we be forced to exercise along with a peppy size 0? They may try to be encouraging, but as a size 18, I am not encouraged, I am irritated! And hopefully I am not the only...
