Yamaha's SV-120K Concert Select Silent Violin keeps the same great features of the popular SV-110K - like a solid spruce body, ebony fingerboard and pegs, three reverb options and a quarter-inch jack. The new and improved SV-120K Silent Violin offers several enhancements to the previous design. It has a re-shaped acoustic style neck, a quieter pre-amp that eliminates white noise, Yamaha original strings, and can be ordered as part of an outfit with an attractive case, wood bow and rosin. Beautiful Violin with Excellent Sound

The Bottom Line: This is a great violin for most players. It can be used for performances or quiet practice. The tone is excellent and effects can be added.
Review: I have been playing the violin for many years and the yamaha SV-120 is the first electric violin I have owned.

I purchased the violin on Ebay for about $440. The violin had a little bit of a nick on the scroll which is why it was deeply...
