Yamaha Sounds Better Than Ever - Hear DTS 7.1 HD Master Audio!

Pros: HDMI Inputs / Scene mode
Cons: Not enough Video Inputs / Set up a bit difficult.
The Bottom Line: This is an excellent mid level receiver. It is actually high quality, but just lacks the NUMBER of inputs to be Yamaha's high end receiver.

Yamaha Audio is still fine

Pros: full support for HD audio formats, HDMI video upconversion and deinterlacing
Cons: none
The Bottom Line: Yamaha has always made the better receivers with the best number of features for the buck
