Pros: Nicely remastered and repackaged DVDs, plus additional 30th Anniversary supplements
Cons: None
The Bottom Line: The World at War is still the best multipart documentary about mankind's largest conflict in history, and this DVD set is superb.

The World at War: Your Ultimate World War II Documentary Series

Pros: Film clips. Narration. Editing. Sound affects. Historical accuracy. Eyewitness interviews.
Cons: Needs more coverage of naval warfare and the Pacific Theater.
The Bottom Line: The World at War is an excellent documentary series on World War II. It is not quite perfect, but is hard to beat.
