Great construction, good heat distribution, can handle high temps

Pros: Quality, even heat distribution, fast heating, can go to high temperature

Cons: Can't see burner flame in daylight conditions.

The Bottom Line: Recommended - quality, warranty, product's beauty not just stainless steel skin deep.
