Inexpensive but Inconsistent

The Bottom Line: If you can live with its quirks and hassles, its a fairly capable camera for the price.
Review: I bought this in 2007 as the lowest priced 6.0 megapixel camera available with at least a 2" screen. On the plus side, it is capable of taking good pictures, plus it is fairly small and easy to use. It runs on AA batteries so you don't need to worry...

Stay Away from Vivitar!

The Bottom Line: If you can afford another camera, buy it. Although the quality and durability are excellent, battery life is short and unacceptable. My main concern is lack of customer service support.

The Bottom Line: Never buy a Vivitar product based on their technical and customer support.
