The Bottom Line: Buy if you want a cheap phone replacement that also makes texting easy. Avoid if you want more advanced features and are willing to, you know, spend money.

The Bottom Line: If you want reliability and durability, this is the phone for you. Practical and good looking, it gets the job done.
Review: I was sorely in need of an upgrade and was taken by the appearance and feel of this phone. I got the maroon/black model through Verizon. It was $99 with a $50 rebate and renewal of my account.

This is the updated version of the Env from Verizon. The Env2 has a 2.0mp camera, full QWERTY keypad, microSD card support for memory expansion, and a large, colorful internal screen. Bluetooth wireless capability and long battery life make this phone very user friendly.

EnV2 falls short after having the first generation LG EnV

I was one of the first to own a EnV. It was sleek and had round edges . . .great phone without presetting anything over. The EnV2 is a complete miss. The keyboard that is a main feature for someone like me that doesn't T9, is smaller and squished to make a smaller phone. The outside screen on the EnV2 is smaller, but the graphics are better than the first one. The sound is horrible (probably location problem). The access on the front vs. the inside. I ended up doing most things on the inside because I couldn't get there from the outside. Overall it isn't horrible, but I wouldn't have labeled it the EnV2. Pros: Graphics Cons: Screen Size, Keyboard, Navigation is hard from the outside keys
