An exclusive, reverse condensing fan motor reduces maintenance costs and optimizes performance. The True THDC4SF ice cream dipping cabinet / fliptop ice cream freezer features a durable vinylclad steel exterior with foamedinplace highdensity polyurethane insulation. The top is constructed from sturdy 300 series stainless steel, with hinged and removable lids that are also constructed from 300 series stainless steel. These sturdy lids feature a perimeter wiper gasket for an excellent seal. The interior is constructed from galvanized steel with a high quality whiteenamel powdercoated finish with stainless steel lid liners.
