Product Description

 
The 1999 Celica is available in GT Liftback and GT Convertible. The GT Coupe had been eliminated for 1999. The Celica is equipped with power front and rear disc brakes. Anti-lock brakes are available option. The Convertibles unibody is reinforced for extra rigidity. The power convertible top is electro-mechanical to allow operation in an emergency situation. The optional Upgrade Packages are available on Liftback and Convertible models. The Liftback upgrades the Convertible with fog lamps, performance tires, 15-inch alloy wheels and sport suspension. An engine cooler comes standard on the five-speed manual transmission. Both models are equipped with standard air conditioning, power windows and locks, rear spoiler and floor mats.

99 convertible is my reward

The Bottom Line: Classy, peppy and Toyota-reliable. Convertible sports car without the high maintenance. Way cooler than the Celica hardtop, get one while they are still on the road.

Review: I love my car. I have had it for one year now and have not had one single problem with it, not even a rattle!!! It handles like a dream. I can take a corner at 35 mph and not even feel any body roll, the tires won't squeal, and it hugs the corner...

Toyota Celica, Anyone?

The Bottom Line: This is a fun slick little car to zip around town, however, it cannot hold very much cargo-wise. For fun and general driving around town, this car is excellent.
Review: My husband bought me a 1999 Toyota Celica GT convertible. It was black with a black bra and let me tell you... in my town where Ford Mustangs and Chevy Camaros are as common as a housefly, this clean-lined flashy little car certainly held its own...
