The Cook'n'Vent® ventilator raises a full 10 inches into position when you need it and lowers out of sight when you don't (with a convenient 1 touch button). Out of the flame path and off the cooking surface, the downdraft system draws off excess heat and fumes while maintaining the largest cooking area possible. Features also include 3 speed vent controls and dishwasher safe filters.
