Product Description

 
Barry Pepper and Annabella Piugattuk star in this epic story of friendship and survival in the Canadian Arctic. When a pilot named Charlie Halliday crashes his plane, he must learn to rely on the generosity and knowledge of his female Inuit passenger, Kanaalaq, in order to survive. Together, the pair must overcome language barriers, cultural differences, life-threatening temperatures, and prejudices while learning to live off the land. THE SNOW WALKER was inspired by the short story "Walk Well My Brother," by Farley Mowat.

Snow Walker ~ Survival in Alaska

The Bottom Line: I would recommend this one to most anyone. It's a story of survival and friendship in the most adverse conditions.

The Bottom Line: Good drama, with a great plot.
