A Resource For The Long Haul: A Workbook for Living With MS

The Bottom Line: A good book, but not the first book I would recommend for the newly diagnosed. This will be most helpful if utilized during each stage of the disease.
Review: Unfortunately for those of us with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), books about the disease don t show up very often as a New York Times Bestseller or as one of Oprah s picks. You won t hear many of your friends say "I read this really great MS book." So...
