Bass like you never knew...

Pros: BASS BASS BASS, durability, looks, DJ features, volume.

Cons: Not circumaural (depends on what you like), can get hot.

The Bottom Line: If you're a DJ then you already know about these. If you're a bass lover then these are the best bass headphones out there period.

Review: I own these cans and also the Sony MDR-Z700 (Japanese version of the US MDR-V700) of which I also wrote a review. So I'll make comparisons with them but I'll try to keep it as objective as I can to help you guys. Now back to the RPDJ1200s. SOUND ...

A great set of DJ headphones

Pros: Techniques brand name, comfortable, loud, great sound, great for DJing, good folding design.

Cons: Loud! Sometimes really loud!

The Bottom Line: These headphones will do the job, and do it well.

Review: I bought these when I first bought my DJ setup and I was worried that they might not be all that great. Every other DJ I know owns the Sony MDR-V700 but the truth is when I tried them out I just really didn't like the way they sounded or fit on my head....
