The Bottom Line: Tarte 4 Day Stay Lash Stain doesn't run, smudge, clump, or flake. Shower, swim, cry, sleep, workout - it doesn't budge!
Review: I have been buying Tarte products like crazy because their sales have been too good to pass up. One product I bought on sale was Tarte 4 Day Stay Lash Stain. I really don't know why I would want a mascara that lasts four days but I just HAD to try...
