PGX32 is Sun's first high resolution 8-bit and 24-bit color PCI graphics frame buffer supporting all Sun PCI I/O based Workstations and Workgroup Servers. This latest offering in Sun's graphics line supports 24-bit true color and 8-bit pseudo color windowing acceleration. It is capable of supporting 8+24-bit color up to 1280 x 1024 resolutions and 1600 x 1200 resolution in 8-bit mode.??The PGX32 is the solution for customers requiring fast X Window System performance, displaying 24-bit and 8-bit graphics at full speed.
