It's party time in Strawberryland! Strawberry Shortcake and her pals want to celebrate the Berry Blossom Festival by having a tea party. But one girl decides that manners are optional, and things just aren't as much fun. Meanwhile, the Peculiar Purple Pie Man tries to turn things sour at the festival, but Strawberry Shortcake and her friends make sure everyone has a sweet time.
