The pocket-sized Cybershot DSC-P100 is the smallest of all the new Sony cameras in the 2004 lineup, weighing 158 grams (without the battery, media or strap) and measuring 108 millimeters long, 52 millimeters high and 26 millimeters thick. It succeeds Sony's DSC-P10 and has a 5-megapixel CCD sensor, 3x optical zoom, 2x digital zoom and 12x smart zoom. The camera has a 1.8-inch LCD screen and runs on a lithium battery.

The Bottom Line: If you need an easy to use, small camera, that you can carry around with you anywhere... but want to have high quality images, buy the Sony P 100.
Review: I am a digital SLR owner but I needed a smaller camera that I could stick in my pocket when I was out running around with my children. As I always do, I did a ton of online and in store research before I bought.
