Pros: Battery efficiency, tuner quality, size/weight, low price

Cons: Useless weather band, fiddly radio presets

The Bottom Line: For this middle-aged listener this has been an excellent purchase with great sound quality to boot, and very battery-efficient

The Sony WM-FX290- Good Things Still Come in Small Packages.

Pros: Small size, long battery life, lots of features.

Cons: Consolidated buttons/features.

The Bottom Line: I definitely recommend the WM-FX290. Its lightweight, reasonably priced, and affordable to operate. I slip mine into my jacket pocket each morning and enjoy it on my daily walk.
