Sony offers the HVL-F1000 auto flash for digital still cameras with a coverage range of up to 10 meters. Auto Lighting adjustment works with camera TTL flash metering system. The package includes bracket for use with MVC-FD90 and DSC-S70.

Tired of washed out pictures with red eyes?

The Bottom Line: If you take alot of photos at dark places and hate the washed out look and want to eliminate red eyes, then this flash is for you.
Review: I just recently got this for my Fony DSC-F707. It fits ontop of the "dummy" shoe and it plugs into the acc. terminal on the camera.

The Bottom Line: Offers significantly improved capability over the built-in on a Cybershot DSC-S70, but doesn't compare to equivalent priced SLR flashes. Inferior plastic hot shoe breaks and cannot be replaced.
