Very good quality upconversion, but some design flaws

The Bottom Line: Very nice product, if the quirks don't annoy you too much.
Review: We wanted a good quality upconverting DVD player to go with out 42" panasonic plasma EDTV (yes, EDTV, not HDTV), and overall this unit delivers that. But it has its annoying design flaws, I would have expected Sony to do better.
