Available only as a heat pump with auxiliary electric heat strip, this unit is ideal for hotel/motel, extended care and assisted living facilities, as well as apartments or any suite layout. The SPTAC is completely concealed in an enclosure which dramatically reduces sound levels. Architectural outside condenser louver kit is supplied standard with each SPTAC. Slide out chassis with a cabinet fabricated of G-60 galvanized steel and finished with corrosive inhibiting white powder coat. Stylish white high impact styrene plastic indoor body adds to the aesthetically eye pleasing interior room appearance. Washable return air filter. Adjustable supply grille/louvers.
