The A.M.T. super titanium alloy legs make the Pro 340DX tripod rock steady yet lighter than it looks. The A. M. T. alloy has a 40% greater strength to weight ratio than standard aluminum, meaning the legs are lighter weight yet stronger than the standard metal used in most of today's tripods.

The Bottom Line: An excellent choice for the road warrior that simply doesn't have the storage or budget for a large tripod.
Review: Despite all advances in both film and digital photography, light is still one of the most important factors for picture quality. As a rule of thumb, light needs to be enough to allow for shutter times less than the reverse of the focal length...
