Carl Hiaasen's Skin Tight is not up to his usual standard

Pros: Excellent writing style, complex story, all issues resolved at the end
Cons: Many, many gory deaths, just not funny enough for me
The Bottom Line: If you find murder in an array of unexpected forms entertaining, you'll like this book. Otherwise, you might want to pass.
Review: I live in Florida and I share Carl Hiaasen's concern that overdevelopment and too many tourists have spoiled much of what makes this state special. Even though he brings out that thinking in his novels, I usually find his work highly entertaining ...
