Sharp but compatibility problems

The Bottom Line: I can't recommend this lens for Canon digital SLR but probably great for film camera
Review: I bought this lens to replace my older version which does not function with digital SLRs. The fast 2.8 aperture is the main reason I use this lens, but it has been problematic in operation.

It is capable of very sharp photos when stopped...
