Sharp's 45" LCD is truly sharp

Pros: Movie-quality Hi-Def picture in HiDef; good speakers; easy to adjust; no burn-in.

Cons: LCDs are pricey and (in early '05) still in very short supply.

The Bottom Line: A better long-term choice than plasmas, Sharp's LCD tuner/monitor offers simplicity and physical attractiveness, and its HiDef picture is as sharp as a movie or computer screen.

Sharp Aquos 45" LCD - A great TV experience

Pros: Great picture. Lots of Inputs. Looks great.

Cons: Even at $5,000 it is still a lot to pay for a TV.

The Bottom Line: I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this TV to anyone that wants to spend $5,000 for a TV.
