Pros: Good sound, noise cancellation. Light weight and comfortable design.
Cons: Bulky external Noisegard unit that requires two batteries.

It carries a big stick

Pros: NoiseGard noise reduction works decently with static "white noise"
Cons: The NoiseGard device is large and unwieldy, gets in the way
The Bottom Line: These are a decent pair of noise-cancellation headphones, but the NoiseGard device is annoying in its placement and size.
