Review: The Via Venezia machine is a welcome to have in our home. It makes a perfect espresso each and every time and is fast. Works easily and makes either one or two identical shots of espresso in a matter of under a minute.

Pros: Easy to use, makes great espresso, relatively inexpensive, very reliable, good design
Cons: Single heater, inadequate frother, no cup warmer

Review: Making a good cup of espresso is delicate. You have to start with good coffee properly roasted, of course.
Grind the coffee at the last minute, in a burr grinder (mills heat the coffee and ruin the aroma, and produce an irregular grind...
