Awesome Relaxing Yoga Session

The Bottom Line: I recommend it to those who've never tried yoga and are interested, as well as, yogini's of all levels!
Review: This is a AWESOME yoga DVD.

This workout is 30 minutes long, but the DVD offers a 15-minute bonus meditation for balancing the chakras.
