The Royal js800 is a cheap shredder for minimum usage.

Pros: The Royal js800 is inexpensive, small, lightweight and easy to operate.
Cons: This shredder can only handle 2-3 sheets at a time and jams easily.
The Bottom Line: It's an inexpensive little shredder and a simple machine for light usage or a great starter shredder for the person not sure if they will really use one.
Review: I purchased this shredder two years ago for $29.00 and have gotten a good value for the price. I use it an average of 4 times a week to shred receipts and junk mail. It is ideal for my home use as long as I don't get in a hurry and try to put more than ...

Don't buy this from Target.com

Pros: I assume that it shreds paper (i returned mine without using it).
Cons: Does not have expandable wastebasket as advertised on target.com
