Product Description

 
ROUGH SCIENCE takes the concept of a reality-game show and adds scientific skill to the mix. Glamorous series host Kate Humble (HOLIDAY ON A SHOESTRING) assigns tasks to an array of extremely accomplished scientists (a chemist, a botanist, a couple of physicists, and a biologist) in a remote location, and each player must use only whatever is at hand and race against the clock, using scientific prowess to accomplish the goal. These installments feature a pursuit of gold in New Zealand's rainforest and preparations for a space mission (with a geologist joining the competition) in Death Valley, California.
