Reliable, high quality design at an affordable price. The PHEII operates by using a double action piston pump that simultaneously draws new flush water as it discharges wastewater. The pump has a unique, easily replaceable seal cartridge. A special air vent reduces back pressure. The PHEII operates by just a push of a button, but if there is power failure, the PHEII comes with a lever for the purpose of temporary manual operation. Easy to clean and maintain. 12V. 3/4" inlet, 1-1/2" outlet. 14-1/2"H x 18-3/16"W x 19-1/4"D
