The new baffle filter capability provides the option to upgrade for a more professional look while also achieving a highly efficient means to remove grease from the air stream. A GREAT option for the serious cook or wok-type cooking. Installation is simple, just remove the standard filter and install the baffle filter in its place. Also, cleanup is simple due to the stainless steel design and an easy to remove grease collection rail.
