Not meant for small to medium size inner ears!

Pros: Volume, trendy looking, and easy pairing.

Cons: Horrible fit, echos and buzzes, can't be too far from phone without static

The Bottom Line: I don't recommend the Plantronics Explorer 330 if you're looking for comfort. The sounds that your caller hears is horrible and the static you pick up isn't worth the buy.
