Want a spectacular surround sound experience? The VSX-D811S delivers, with 6.1-channel Dolby Digital EX and DTS-ES Discrete surround sound decoding, plus the new DTS NEO 6 music and cinema surround decoding. And, Crystal digital signal processing and 96kHz/24-bit digital-to-analog conversion provide extraordinarily pure, clean audio reproduction of music and movies. The VSX-D811S delivers 100 watts x 2 (stereo) and a full 100 watts x 6 (surround), with pre-amp output for all channels. To complete the big picture, you get Dual Surround Back terminals for 7.1 speaker set-up and 7.1-channel inputs, plus component video switching (2 inputs/1 output) and 5 digital inputs/1 digital output (optical). A pre-programmed Smart Remote is provided.

Pioneer VSX-D811-S - Well worth buying!

The Bottom Line: A superb 7.1channel amp thats worth every bit you pay for it. I cant fault this unit in any way!
Review: I have to start off by saying that i paid double what this unit now sells for, and I am still more than happy to pay that amount again to buy a new one, as this amp is a superb unit with nothing to fault for the money.

The Bottom Line: Did ton of research to find these features for less than $600. I discovered gold!
Review: All the obvious like low distortion .2%, 600 watts total, 6.1 with Dolby Digital EX, DTS ES, ProLogic II, Neo:6 in a $300 (or less) package! And there are some modes you don't even see in the specs, such as expanded audio modes, but you can download...
