Plumps temporarily, otherwise just a tingly gloss

The Bottom Line: Only buy this is you really want the plump, red look and are prepared to deal with the physical sensation that accompanies it (and have money to play with).
Review: I bought this as a part of a 4 piece 'Supernatural" sampler pack from QVC. After seeing Philosophy products featured over and over again, I finally decided to jump in and thought this would be a good place to start.
