An average mascara with an above average price tag

Pros: Adds some length and volume, doesn't flake or run.

Cons: Over priced and just average performing.

The Bottom Line: Philosophy doesn't "get it" when it comes to cosmetics. Great skin care, bath and body, and fragrance but underachieving cosmetics. This mascara is another underachiever.
